How to consume organic broccoli
Broccoli sprouts have a white stem and light green leaves, which makes them a great addition to sandwiches and other treats. Broccoli sprouts are also extremely rich in vitamins, minerals and enzymes and are easily digestible.
You can also plant organic broccoli seeds in a pot or in the garden.
Sprouting instructions
Rinse the seeds with water. Place them in a slightly damp container.
Leave the seeds in a dark and warm place where they will begin to germinate.
Plants need to be rinsed regularly (including the roots from the bottom) to prevent mold (2-3 times a day).
The first sprouts will appear after 24 hours.
The entire plant, including the roots, is suitable for consumption.
