Sinulan Express Forte is indicated for unblocking the nose and treating symptoms of rhinitis and sinusitis of various origins.
Contains a hypertonic solution with a high concentration of glycerin, as well as essential oils. When introduced into the nostrils, Sinulan Express Forte creates an osmotically active film on the mucous membrane, which naturally causes the release of water from it. Thus, it dilutes accumulated secretions and promotes their removal and cleansing from the nasal passages. This process clears the sinuses, reducing sinus pressure and associated pain. Sinulan Express Forte forms a film with a protective function – it protects the surface of the nose from dryness, irritants and adverse external factors. The composition of the product quickly improves breathing.

Dosage and method of administration
Recommended dosage:
2-3 times a day (if necessary, more times, until complete recovery) 2-3 injections into each nostril.
For nasal injections.
1. Clean your nose thoroughly before using the product.
2. Shake the bottle.
3. Remove the protective cap.
4. When using for the first time, press the dispenser until a fine mist appears.
5. Place the nozzle in one nostril and spray under pressure. Inhale while spraying 2-3 times into each nostril. Repeat this procedure 2-3 or more times a day as needed until complete healing.
6. Replace the protective cap after each use.
Contraindications
This product is for external use only as a nasal spray.
Do not use it if you are allergic or sensitive to any of the substances listed in the composition.
Due to the mechanism of action of Sinulan Express Forte, you may feel a slight tingling sensation in the first 10-15 minutes of using Sinulan Express Forte. However, if irritation is too severe or prolonged, it is advisable to discontinue use of the product due to the possibility of an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients.
The effect of the spray appears after 10-15 minutes and is accompanied by copious nasal discharge. Do not reapply during this period. The discharge can last up to 4-6 hours depending on the condition. If you do not feel relief within 7 days, contact your doctor.
Sinulan Express Forte is not recommended for use in children under 8 years of age.
If you are pregnant or nursing, consult your physician before using the product.
