In children from 3 months of age, a single dose of 10-15 mg of paracetamol/kg of body weight is used for the treatment of fever and pain. It is given as needed in 6-hour intervals, the interval can be shortened to 4 hours if necessary, while the total daily dose must not be exceeded. Do not give more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
