1 ml of the solution contains an extract of Cormus Lespedeza bicolor Turcz. shoots (1 : 4-5) — 0.9 ml (extractant — ethanol 70% (v/v));

excipients: purified water, anise oil.

Pharmaceutical form. Oral solution.

Main physical and chemical properties: liquid from light brown to dark brown in color, with a specific smell. Sediment is allowed.

Clinical characteristics.

Indication.

The drug should be used by adults as a hypoazotemic and diuretic agent for symptomatic therapy in chronic renal failure.

Contraindication.

Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy, breastfeeding, liver disease, alcoholism, epilepsy, craniocerebral injuries, brain diseases. Children’s age up to 18 years.

Method of application and dosage.

Use Lespenepril-Lubnyfarm orally in 5-15 ml (1 teaspoon — 1 tablespoon) 3-4 times a day. It is allowed to dilute the medicinal product with water before use.

A repeat course of treatment is possible after 2-3 weeks only after consultation with a doctor.
