The herbal mixture contains the “female” herb kontryhel, which promotes a good feeling before and during menstruation and refreshes the body. Folk tradition also calls it the woman’s cloak or the Virgin Mary’s cloak. Horsetail and yarrow contribute to (pre)menstrual comfort, while common sage and mint support normal digestion.
PREPARATION Pour boiling water (200 ml) over 1 tea bag and steep in a covered container for 10 minutes. The tea is always prepared fresh.
DOSAGE
Adults 2-4 cups per day. Do not exceed the stated dosage.
TASTE AND SMELL
The slightly bitter taste of dobromysli and kontryhel, which is also used to season dishes, is balanced by fresh mint and lemon balm. In the aroma of the tea, you will smell the spicy touch of dobromysli, menthol mint and lemon balm. The golden color of the infusion gradually darkens to a greenish-brown hue.
