What is Matcha Tea?

Theophylline is a substance related to caffeine, naturally occurring in some plants, cocoa, coffee or tea. It is gradually released and therefore has a more beneficial effect on the human body. Matcha Tea helps to calm down, support memory and improve concentration.
What is the difference between the individual Matcha teas in the package?
Organic Matcha Tea Harmony is a product for everyday drinking. It has a strong taste and is great for seasoning or as an ingredient in food. It comes from an area where matcha is grown relatively short-lived and the leaves for its production are collected using machines.
Organic Matcha Tea Premium is suitable for special occasions. It is a product with a milder taste, which we recommend drinking neat and is definitely not suitable as an ingredient in food. Premium is grown in an area where matcha has been growing for centuries and is collected exclusively by hand.
Organic Matcha Tea Imperial is located between Harmony and Premium. It has a milder taste than Harmony, but is more pronounced and earthier than Premium. It is suitable for both seasoning and drinking in its natural form, when shaken it creates a similar foam as Premium, but is grown in the same area as Harmony. Imperial thus represents an intermediate link in the transition from Harmony to Premium and an interesting taste experience for all matcha fans.
