Dosage
Preparation: Before use, it is best to crush or grind in a grinder. 1 teaspoon is poured with 0.3 l of boiling water. Let it infuse for 10 minutes.
Recommended dosage: Drink 1 cup maximum 2 times a day. For better effect, we recommend consuming directly crushed fruits.
