In addition to the substances already mentioned, they also contain a significant amount of natural sugar sorbitol, which works similarly to fiber in the intestines, and it is also worth mentioning the trace element boron, which is found in plums. Despite the high carbohydrate content, plums are suitable for weight loss diets due to the content of pectins, which slow down the absorption of sugars and increase fat burning.
