We continuously produce our own nut mixtures in small batches so that the ingredients arrive to you in the freshest form possible. We attach great importance to quality and only add nuts to the mixtures, which we also package separately as an exclusive product. You can enjoy the nut mixture on its own, add it to your morning muesli or porridge, or use it for baking and cooking. By adding your favorite type of dried fruit, you can create your own personal mixture of nuts and fruits from the nut mixture for traveling, to work, or for a snack.

They are characterized by a high content of protein (150–30%) and unsaturated fatty acids (40–50%). You will also find a lot of fiber and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and E in them. They are a rich source of calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, phosphorus, selenium, iron and manganese. Last but not least, they contain glycosides (amygdalin, prunasin), which have an anti-inflammatory effect in the body.
