We continuously produce the mix of six types of seeds ourselves in small batches so that the ingredients come to you in the freshest form possible. We attach great importance to quality and only add seeds to the mixtures, which we also package separately as an exclusive product. You can use the mix of seeds to perfectly fine-tune soup, risotto or pasta. Sprinkle them on porridge, add to vegetable salad, muesli, smoothies or homemade spreads. We also recommend adding them to the mixture for baking bread. The product is suitable for direct consumption.
Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of fiber, protein, vitamin E and B vitamins, as well as minerals such as potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, selenium, calcium and zinc. In addition, sunflower seeds contain phytosterols, which contribute to lowering blood cholesterol levels.
Brown flaxseed is a seed packed with protein, fiber, iron, and omega-3 fatty acids. We recommend grinding the seeds to get the most nutrients out of them.
Golden flaxseed has a milder taste than brown flaxseed, but they are comparable in nutritional value. Like brown flaxseed, golden flaxseed is rich in vitamins, minerals and especially omega-3 fatty acids. We recommend grinding it just before consumption to effectively obtain all the nutrients it contains.
