Blackberry jam: We make it from whole berries and we have reduced the preparation time to a minimum to preserve the delicate flavor of the berries, valuable substances and vitamins.
Rosehip jam: For bread, for gluing Christmas cookies, for making cheese sauce, but also as an addition to cheese, especially fresh goat cheese.
We made venison pate from honest venison, a little pork, root vegetables, spices, and while baking we added port wine, which gives the pate an unmistakable flavor.
