Pharmaceutical form. Tablets covered with a film cover.

The main physical and chemical properties:

tablets of 200 mg: tablets of a round shape with a biconvex surface, covered with a film shell of white or almost white color;

tablets of 400 mg: oblong tablets with a biconvex surface, with a line on both sides, covered with a film shell of white or almost white color.
Indication.

For symptomatic treatment:

– pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis/arthrosis;

– menstrual pain (primary dysmenorrhea);

– mild or moderate pain, such as musculoskeletal pain, headache or toothache, painful swelling and inflammation after injury.

For short-term symptomatic treatment:

– rheumatoid arthritis, if other, longer methods of therapy (main therapy: antirheumatic drugs) are not taken into account. Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity to dexibuprofen, other NSAIDs or other components of the drug; use by patients in whom substances with a similar mechanism of action, such as acetylsalicylic acid and other NSAIDs, cause attacks of bronchial asthma, bronchospasm, acute rhinitis or lead to the development of polyps in the nose, urticaria or angioedema; bleeding or perforations in the digestive tract in the anamnesis associated with the use of NSAIDs; active phase of peptic ulcer disease/bleeding in the digestive tract, peptic ulcer disease/bleeding in the digestive tract in history (at least two confirmed facts of ulcer or bleeding); Crohn’s disease or non-specific ulcerative colitis in the active phase; cerebrovascular bleeding or other bleeding in the active phase; disorders of hematopoiesis or blood coagulation; severe liver, kidney and heart failure; the last trimester of pregnancy.
