A classic in the Prunier caviar range. The Siberian sturgeon, Acipenser baerii, is one of the most beautiful sturgeons. Like its Caspian relatives, it can grow up to three meters long and weigh up to several hundred kilograms. Baerii sturgeons thrive especially in aquaculture, reaching maturity after 6 to 8 years and then providing Prunier caviar.
This caviar of the highest finesse and unique character is the archetype of Prunier caviar. It has a very clean, generous aroma of selected nuts and almonds and impresses with a beautiful long finish. The Prunier Tradition variety is closest to the taste of Sevruga caviar.
