Main physical and chemical properties: transparent liquid from reddish-yellow, yellow to yellowish color with a specific smell.

Pharmacological properties.
Pharmacodynamics. Kapsiol exerts a local irritant, softening and keratolytic effect, which contributes to the improvement of hair nutrition and growth. Salicylic acid, which is part of the preparation, has an antiseptic effect, which, together with the softening effect of castor oil, ensures the removal of dandruff. Tincture of capsicum penetrates the hair follicles and irritates the hair follicles, stimulating their growth.

Clinical characteristics.
Indication.
Prevention and treatment of hair loss, removal and prevention of dandruff.
Contraindication.
Skin diseases of various nature, increased sensitivity of the skin to the components of the drug.
Method of application and dosage.
Rub the drug into the scalp for 1 hour before washing your hair, as a rule, no more than once a week. The course of treatment is 1-2 months. After 3-4 weeks, the course of treatment must be repeated.
Children. Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
Overdose.
When using large doses of the drug, the keratolytic effect and allergic reactions may increase. The therapy is symptomatic.
Adverse reactions.
Allergic reactions, dryness, peeling, skin irritation, contact dermatitis, urticaria, itching, requiring drug withdrawal.
With long-term use, absorption of the drug into the systemic circulation and the development of side effects characteristic of salicylates are possible: tinnitus, dizziness, pain in the epigastrium, nausea, vomiting, acidosis, tachypnea.
