CALTRATE PLUS 90

Caltrate Plus is a combined preparation containing calcium, vitamin D and 5 other minerals (magnesium, manganese, copper, zinc, boron) important for bones. Caltrate Plus coated tablets are used for calcium deficiency, to prevent bone loss, to increase bone density and to prevent osteoporosis (thinning of the bones). Caltrate Plus is intended for adults and adolescents from 12 years of age. Osteoporosis is sometimes called the “silent disease” because bone weakening occurs without symptoms. Osteoporosis can be prevented by regular exercise, weight reduction and sufficient intake of calcium in combination with vitamin D, which ensures proper calcium deposition in the bones.
