Our tea masters create this special blend using fine air-dried green teas from the Chinese provinces of Jiangxi, Anhui and Zhejiang. This region, known as the “Golden Triangle”, is renowned for its excellent green tea production. The leaves and tips are picked in the spring for a cleaner, more delicate flavour, which helps to bring out the sweet jasmine aroma. The tea is layered with freshly picked jasmine buds and left to steep overnight. Once the buds open, the tea infuses its unmistakable aroma. This process is repeated for several days to achieve the right balance. The result is a fresh and grassy green tea with a jasmine aroma. The addition of jasmine flowers ensures that the blend looks as beautiful as it tastes. Once brewed, this green-gold infusion releases a bright and suggestive aroma.
