• PRO TEC particulate filter – flushing liquid / DPF Flushing Liquid 5000 ml P6162. The original – Made in Germany dissolves and removes all soot residues and dirt in the particle filter. The washing liquid cleans gently and can be easily used on aluminium, magnesium, zinc and cadmium parts. The product is ideal for the latest generation of particulate filters. Advantages: – Can be used in all diesel particulate filters – no new purchase of the very expensive particulate filter necessary, only installation and removal – the alternative to burning out (usually very difficult due to the design or size). Application: – Disassemble the particle filter – close or seal one side/opening – Fill rinse liquid into the diesel particulate filter so that the particle honeycombs are in the liquid – approx. Leave to work for 8 – 12 hours. Rinse well with clean warm water – reinstall particulate filter, add DPF Super Clean to the diesel and a test drive of at least 20 minutes. If the regeneration is not started automatically by the engine electronics, initiate it via workshop tester. Consumption: depending on filter size approx. 3 – 5 litres.
