Storage and consumption:
It is best to store salchichon in a cool, dry place where the temperature should not exceed 30 ºC.
Before consumption, we recommend opening the packaging and letting the salami rest at room temperature for at least 20 minutes so that its aromas and flavors can fully develop.
If you happen to not eat it all at once, store it in the refrigerator and ideally consume it within 48 hours.
