Artelac Ectoin is a medical device that is used as an aid in the treatment and prevention of allergic symptoms of conjunctivitis, relieving eye irritation and lubricating the eyes.
The advanced formula is very well tolerated as it contains no preservatives or buffers and is suitable for contact lens wearers and sensitive eyes.
Artelac Ectoin® contains Ectoin®, a natural cell protecting molecule with anti-inflammatory and membrane stabilizing properties, as well as hyaluronic acid, a natural molecule that soothes the eyes thanks to its ability to bind water to a high degree and its stabilizing properties.
Artelac Ectoin® is an eye drop, isotonic solution that can be used to treat and prevent symptoms of seasonal and year-round allergic conjunctivitis caused, for example, by pollen, dust mites, animal dander or mold. Effectively reduces itching, irritation, redness or watery eyes; moisturizing them leads to relief.
The product can be used by children, pregnant and lactating women.
Artelac Ectoin® stabilizes the natural tear film in two ways: hyaluronic acid has a positive effect on the aqueous phase, and Ectoin® strengthens the lipid phase.
This dual mechanism of action protects the eyes from the harmful effects of allergens and other external factors and supports the regeneration process of irritated and sensitive conjunctiva.
Dosage and method of administration
Recommended dosage:
If necessary, place 1-2 drops of Artelac Ectoin® into the eyes.
You can use it every day and as often as you want.
There are no restrictions on duration of use.
Contraindications
Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
Store at temperatures between 2 and 25°C.
The design of the bottle allows Artelac Ectoin® to be used for 6 months after opening.
